The High Performance Health Program is a holistic support system combining personal training, strategic nutrition coaching, body composition analysis, sleep optimization, medical diagnostics, and individualized supplementation.
It focuses on long-term health, resilience, and performance by integrating training, recovery, and data-driven health management into a structured system designed for people with high responsibility and limited time.
Personal Training & Training Plans
Highly effective personal training – once per week, either personally on-site or flexibly online.
Individually periodized strength and load-based training, supplemented by mobility, stretching, and stabilization training.
The monthly updated training plan does not include strength training alone, but a systematic combination of strength, endurance, and recovery.
Endurance training is built in a targeted manner – from aerobic base endurance (GA1 & GA2) through to high-intensity interval formats – with the clear goal of sustainably improving VO₂max, cardiovascular health, and metabolic efficiency.
The focus is deliberately not on short-term maximum performance, but on longevity, resilience, and functional capacity well into older age.
This is because long-term health is created through targeted stimuli, sufficient recovery, and sound biological foundations – not through constant overload.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is not a short-term tool, but the daily foundation for energy, recovery, and long-term health.
In the High Performance Health Program, the focus is not on restriction or rigid plans, but on a strategic nutritional structure that can be integrated into your everyday life and works sustainably over time.
You receive personal nutrition guidance that is reviewed and adjusted regularly – depending on training load, stress levels, recovery, and objectives.
Body Fat Measurement & Health Analyses

The analysis and interpretation of blood values take place in close collaboration with our medical partners at Munich Prevent.
Standard blood tests performed by general practitioners capture important baseline parameters, but are usually broadly standardized.
For specific goals such as performance, resilience, and longevity, these markers alone often provide only limited decision-making value.
A specifically compiled set of relevant parameters, developed jointly with the Munich Prevent practice, enables a differentiated assessment that allows conclusions to be drawn regarding cardiovascular risk, inflammatory status, metabolism, micronutrient supply, and resilience.
The data obtained form the basis for precise training control, targeted nutritional adjustments, and a sensibly dosed supplementation strategy.

Supplement Strategy (based on diagnostics)
The supplementation strategy in the High Performance Health Program is consistently based on medical diagnostics.
Only the analysis of relevant blood markers makes it possible to select nutrients in a targeted way, dose them meaningfully, and adjust them individually.
Over-the-counter dietary supplements are legally classified as foods and are not permitted to have therapeutic effects.
In order for them to be used effectively nonetheless, precise selection and correct, needs-based dosing are essential.
Based on the diagnostic results, we develop an individually tailored supplementation strategy that is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
This ensures that supplementation is no longer a matter of assumption, but a deliberately managed component of your health strategy.
Travel Workouts & Remote Coaching
Performance must not be tied to a specific location.
Whether in a hotel room, on a business trip, working from home, or on the move between appointments – training must also function when time, space, and equipment are limited.
For precisely these situations, we have built an extensive library of more than 40 specially developed short travel workouts.
Short, highly effective training sessions designed for maximum impact with minimal effort – adapted to different conditions such as hotel gyms, outdoor training in the park, or training without any equipment.
This ensures that training remains possible even when traditional structures fall away.
In addition, remote coaching is fully integrated.
Training sessions, plan adjustments, feedback, and ongoing support take place flexibly and independently of location – personal, structured, and aligned with your current situation.
Travel, changing work environments, or a full schedule thus do not become obstacles, but part of a system that adapts to your life – not the other way around.
