What can you expect in Level 4?
- Online assessment via questionnaire followed by individual training planning
- Monthly training on site (75 min) in an exclusive studio or completely online:
- Functional movement analysis
- Analysis of body fat distribution & body measurements (studio only) or systematic sleep analysis
- Training with a personal trainer and step-by-step live instruction & correction tailored to your plan
- Fine-tuning of your movement and exercise execution
- Monthly virtual check-in. Focus areas include:
- Review of your training progression
- Training plan adjustments
- Individual nutrition coaching
- Identification of positive and negative habits and implementation of new ones
- Continuous contact with your personal trainer

The fittest people I’ve ever met somehow seem to do the same exercises as everyone else. So why do they look so much fitter?
“You have to have the time to train every day” is something you often hear – and then you’re surprised to learn that these people only train three times per week.
The main reason for better results lies in the perfect adaptation of training to personal conditions.
(Every person is extremely individual and adapts very differently to strength training.)
Some people squat as if they’ve never done anything else. For others, squats simply never feel right.
The result: you struggle, lose motivation, and maybe even get injured.
The solution lies in adapting each exercise correctly to your biomechanics, your mobility, and even your lifestyle.
We show you live in our exclusive PT studio how to adapt your exercises perfectly to yourself in order to get maximum results from your training. A training plan without coaching simply can’t do that.
After an assessment, we filter out the right exercises and variations for you.
Using the squat as an example, this means: Correct stance width? Heel elevation? Proper preparatory exercises / mobility? Tempo? Power band? Deep squat? Half squat? One-and-a-quarter squats? With kettlebell? Barbell? EasySquat Bar? Front squat? Back squat? High bar? Low bar? What if your knee feels uncomfortable? Or your hip?

Individual Training Planning
Because “standard” isn’t made for you

We never actually wanted to write “classic” training plans.
On the one hand, the internet is already flooded with millions of standard plans that are barely distinguishable from one another.
However we discovered what was missing is the key element that makes good training: individuality.
Of course, 1-on-1 personal training is the best way to achieve maximum results.
But if you’ve just started training and are standing helplessly in front of the gym equipment, unsure which exercises are most effective for your goals…
…or if you’ve been training hard for years but no longer see any progress and your motivation is fading…
…or if your son is constantly watching fitness videos on Instagram and you want to make sure he doesn’t get injured in the gym and instead performs the right exercises…
…or if you train regularly but can’t get rid of persistent shoulder pain during bench press or knee pain during squats (something always hurts after training – we help you get it under control as quickly as possible without having to interrupt your training or lose progress).
→ Then maybe you don’t need personal training right away – you might simply need a plan that’s adapted to you.
So we allowed ourselves to be persuaded to design training plans on request.
With that certain extra something that finally brings you closer to your goal.

No more excuses – these workouts are so efficient that even in a short amount of time you can get the maximum out of yourself.
Our clients travel a lot both professionally and privately and constantly ask us:
“What can I do while traveling?”
That’s why we designed this program to allow training with simple hotel gym equipment, outdoors in the park, or even in a small hotel room.
You only have 20 minutes until your next appointment? Your kids are about to come home from school? You’re traveling and don’t have a gym nearby?
→ No problem. This program can be done anytime – anywhere – with any equipment.
